Based in one of our clients branches, this is a front-line customer-facing sales role in which you'll achieve and exceed targets by providing appropriate, understandable advice and building lifetime relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the branch team by providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, and praising good contribution.
Key Skills and Experience
* Fully qualified and current CAS advisor * Excellent track record of exceeding set sales targets within a similar position * Well versed in Financial Advise with strong product knowledge * Ability to capture accurate data
In return this role offers a basic salary of £29,000 - £32,000 with an OTE of £36,000 - £55,000
