Haven Power is a rapidly growing electricity supply company working within the UK’s SME market. As part of the Drax Power Group, Haven Power have been successfully operating since 2006 and offers smaller businesses a simple, accurate and cost effective electricity contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic organisation and due to their current expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Operations Manager.
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales Operations Manager will oversee two teams of circa 20 people, in Sales Administration and Customer Experience arenas. This is a predominantly process driven role within Sales Operations where processing contracts, industry objections, change of tenancy and key renewals are managed.
The individual will also be responsible for providing sales and administration support for the Industrial and Commercial business as contracts are managed. The Sales Operations Manager will regularly review team performance and work to deliver the company and team targets whilst working with internal stakeholders across the business.
Candidates are likely to have a proven background in the Energy sector, carrying out a similar sales or operations management role. This could also suit an experienced and successful team manager who is looking for their next career step. Ideally you will have knowledge of in-house processes and sales with the drive to succeed within an exciting and challenging environment.
