Qualification and Experience
Personality traits and articulate speech are two of the factors that recruiters look for when they want to find the ideal candidate for customer service jobs. This does not mean that academic accomplishments are not taken into consideration. Prior experience in customer service related roles is also a plus that places potential employees in front of their competitors. Depending on the role in question GCSE is the minimum requirement. There are also other companies that prefer a bachelor degree in any unrelated or related area. Other requirements include:

-Initiative;
-Physiological balance;
-Numerical skills;
-Diplomacy;
-Ability to work in a team;
-Ability to work professionally with different types of temperaments.
