Graduate jobs are not open to everyone and only those people that have taken the necessary steps to do specific studies in graduate fields will have the advantage. In addition to this, recruiters generally require that candidates that want to fill graduate jobs have years of work experience to gain the necessary knowledge and expertise to undertake certain roles and duties.
