Qualifications and Experience
Human resource jobs are the lifeblood of any organisation since recruiters are responsible for ensuring that the right balance of skills are present within a company. If this is not done, then the organisation will not have the foothold to guarantee an advantage in human resource skills over competitors.
The general qualifications for hr careers will vary according to the company in question. Higher management jobs may require accreditation through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). A degree in business administration, human resource management, social administration or psychology may also be necessary as well for different human resource jobs.
