Qualification and Experience
The Social Industry Authority is the one that governs and administers the exams that security workers have to do. There are no specific academic requirements for security jobs in the UK, but previous experience as a security officer is an advantage in more ways than one.
In addition to this, applicants that are interested in being security officers must be speak and write English well and also have numerical skills. The demand for security jobs have risen over the last years given the many security issues that are present on the public and private scene.
