Qualifications and Experience
Despite being on a short-term basis some temporary jobs require many years of experience and also an outstanding academic background to be considered. With the growing need to cut back on costs and increase productivity many companies are turning to temp jobs as the solution they need to move forward.
In some instances these companies will accept applicants that have not completed higher education, but possess the minimum requirements to enter. There are also temp jobs that involve specialised training during the course of the contract and as such it is not necessary to have outstanding academic records.
Other requirements for temporary jobs include:
